Topic: If I didn't have any arms...

If I didn't have any arms I think it would be very difficult, obviously. Since I like to write, be on the computer, and so much more.

If I couldn't write, it would be awful. I write for fun or just to get things off my chest. It helps me express my feelings when I don't want to talk to people about them, which makes my mom mad because she feels that I don't tell her enough about what's new that's going on. It would just be so frustrating because then I would be forced to tell my mom about what's new that's happening, which I do sometimes, but she gets WAY to involved if there's an issue, but I guess it's kind of her job.

If I couldn't be on the computer, well that would just be depressing. I LIVE off of the computer, I just like to get on and talk to people over facebook and IM, and other stuff like that. I keep in touch with family from out of state, or just people that live out of town. I love to play computer games, so it wouldn't be very fun if I couldn't do that anymore.

It would be insanely difficult if I didn't have arms because I do SO much everyday with them, but I would know how the people who don't have arms would feel.

Topic: Grey's Anatomy :)

I decided writing about Grey's Anatomy because tonight the 6th Season starts.

Grey's Anatomy is my favorite show ever so I'm so excited about the new season!! I almost died over the summer because it wasn't on. I did get into CSI because it was on, but Grey's Anatomy is my all time favorite. It's kind of sad because I have Seasons 1 - 5 on dvd. Everyone makes fun of me for it but I can't help it.

I know it's going to be super sad though because my 2 favorite characters were dying in the last episode of season 5. Izzie was dying from cancer, and George got hit by a bus on his way to go see his parents before he left for Iraq. I've hear/read that Izzie's characters is going to live, but George's dies:(. At least both of them aren't going to die because that would be so depressing.

I get really into shows when I start watching them, because when I first started watching Grey's Anatomy it was already the middle of the 2nd season, so I went out and bough all of them (I'm really good at saving up money). I only bought 2 seasons, my aunt bought me Season 1, Alison's mom bought me season 4, and I paid $15 for the 5th one because my mom bought the rest for a late birthday present.

I guess I'm kind of a geek when it comes to Grey's Anatomy, but it's one of those shows that when you start watching it you just can't stop. I just got so attached to the characters that I HAD to keep watching.

Topic: Fall

Fall is probably one of my favorite seasons. I love the cooler weather, the cool winds, and the cold rain. I love sleeping with my bedroom windows open so the cool breeze can come into my room, I really like sleeping under warm blankets in a cool room. I'm not sure why, but there is just something about fall that is super exciting to me. I love the leaves changing colors on the trees, I think fall is so beautiful.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, which may be why I like fall. I love the candy, carving pumpkins, dressing up, and everything else about it. Last year Promise and I helped out at my mom's work with a Halloween Party, which was super fun. Even though I'm not a huge fan of scary movies, I like suspenseful movies, I like to watch them around Halloween, just to scare myself to death.

Another thing I like about fall is that it's the season before winter, which is my other favorite season. I really like how at the end of fall, a little before winter, it already starts snowing, because I think the first snow is the prettiest.

Topic: Losing a winning lottery ticket.

If I lost a winning lottery ticket I would go insane. Well, I guess it would depend how much I had won, because if it was one of the scratch cards where you win $5 or $6 it wouldn't be a big deal, but since I'm guessing they mean an actual lottery ticket I would be devastated.

If it was worth millions of dollars, I think it would be, to anyone, one of the most depressing things ever. Who would want to lost millions of dollars? I know I wouldn't. But I guess if you did, there really wouldn't be anything that you could do about it.

I guess eventually you would get over it, but when you first lost it, it you be so awful. Even though I probably will never win the lottery, I would be so careful as not to lose it. I don't know how I could even think straight think 'I just lost millions of dollars, all because I misplaced a little piece of paper'. I think it would be just as bad as to miss it by just one number.

Topic: Weather

So I personally think that the weather is way to cold. It’s insane that it is only in the 60s or 70s in early September, when it should be still in the 80s. I thought it was way to cold this summer too, especially in July.

I think this winter will be extremely cold, just because it is so cold now. That’s okay, because I personally like the cold weather, which makes no sense since I’m always cold. I think that it will probably be snowing by the end of October, which is to early for snow if you ask me, because even if I like the cold weather I don’t like snow.

Something I worry about with the cold weather is, if it’s so cold now and it gets extremely cold during winter, how much school we will end up missing. I do NOT like missing school because of snow because I don’t like making it up at the end of the year. I would rather just go through the whole school year with maybe 1 or 2 snow days because then we don’t go into my summer.

Topic: School Flooding

We were sitting in out seventh hour study hall, when an announcement came over the intercom for all bus riders to go to their assigned classroom in the high school. When the elementary students started arriving to the class they had no shoes on. I turned to Kayla and asked her what was going on, and then the elementary students started talking about how there was water coming into the elementary classrooms through the windows. Then all the non-bus-riding students were told to go to the commons.

When I got out there I saw my little two little sisters, Madi was crying and Savannah was with one of Madi’s friends. Madi was crying because she couldn’t find Savannah, and Savannah was crying because she was scared. When I go over to Savannah I hear a loud whistle, when I turn around my mom is announcing that the city needs help sandbagging.

My friends and I pile into my moms van, we go to my house to change but the road is closed because of all of the water in the ditch, so we have to go all the way around and cut through people’s backyards.

When were done changing we all pile back into my mom’s van. We drive halfway to the sewer plant, then we have to walk over the railroad tracks and through a ditch full of water. When we got there they had already filled all of the sandbags and were loading them up. We took a different way back. First we had to go through waist deep water, I had to go first, then we went over the railroad tracks again, finally we had to go through thigh-deep water that had a fast current.

When we got through all of that we piled into the back of a truck and got a ride back up to the school. After looking around for my mom, we piled into the back of my dad’s truck and drove around for a while. At last we drove home. We were all a mess.

But I will say it was the most exciting day of school EVER!!
